| The Concord Clothing Exchange |
In 1978, the church founded The Concord Clothing Exchange. Led by various ministry groups within the congregation, this ministry collects, prepares, and distributes donated clothing to persons in need. Each Wednesday afternoon and Saturday morning church members volunteer their time to reach out to those in need in our community. In addition to offering clothing, soon the Clothing Exchange will be offering referrals for social services and local health services!
The Concord Clothing Exchange has served thousands of community residents over the years and is always in need of donations. If you would like to volunteer at the Clothing Exchange or donate new or gently worn, clean and wearable clothing to the Clothing Exchange, please call (718) 622-1818. |
